About the Project:
The project was to design an interactive eLearning training using Articulate Storyline 360. The training aimed to equip CareBridge Assurance's client care coordinators with the knowledge and communication strategies needed to clearly explain Medicare options to clients in a compassionate, accurate, and engaging way.
The Goal of the Project:
The goal was to create a scenario-based learning experience that simulated real conversations with clients and helped care coordinators build confidence in answering common Medicare questions, especially about prescription drug coverage. The training also aimed to support CareBridge Assurance's Q2 goal of improving first-call resolution rates and client satisfaction scores.

About the Project:
The project was to create a quick-reference, interactive job aid and explainer video for radiology medical schedulers. It was designed to support both new and experienced team members in mastering the essential steps of the scheduling process.
The Goal of the Project:
The goal was to simplify complex scheduling tasks into five clear, actionable steps, reinforced with visual aids, helpful icons, and memorable phrases. The accompanying Vyond video provides a conversational walkthrough to improve training retention and standardize patient prep communication.

About the Project:
The project was to design an interactive, scenario-based learning experience. This challenge simulates the process of launching a hiring equity campaign within a nonprofit setting, allowing learners to make key decisions that impact the outcome of their initiative.
The Goal of the Project:
The goal was to equip learners with advocacy skills by guiding them through realistic campaign scenarios including planning, messaging, and employer engagement, while reinforcing strategic thinking, evidence-based action, and relationship-building.
